My passion for food is a lifelong journey — one that has taken me across continents, into the kitchens of world-renowned institutions, and ultimately, to your table. My formal culinary education began at Rouxbe Culinary School, where I built a rigorous foundation in professional cooking techniques, kitchen science, and the art of thoughtful, intentional cuisine. Hungry to deepen my craft on the world stage, I pursued advanced international training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London, immersing myself in classical French technique and the kind of exacting culinary standards that have defined fine dining for centuries.

But great cooking is never learned in just one place. My education has been as global as my appetite for discovery — with specialized classes and immersive culinary experiences in some of the world's most celebrated food cities: New York City, Boston, Barcelona, Florence, and Paris. Each destination left its mark, broadening my palate, sharpening my technique, and giving me a deep respect for the ingredients, traditions, and cultures that make regional cuisine so extraordinary.

Equally close to my heart is the belief that delicious food should be accessible to everyone, regardless of dietary needs or health goals. I have extensive experience designing specialized menus for a wide range of lifestyles and requirements, including gluten-free, GLP-1 friendly, Paleo, and plant-forward diets. Whether you are managing a health condition, pursuing a wellness goal, or simply choosing to eat in a way that feels right for your body, I will work closely with you to create meals that are as nourishing as they are memorable — because exceptional food and mindful eating are never mutually exclusive.
